SRO McConico a role model for Sumiton youth
Roderick McConico is just as much a counselor as he is a school resource officer. McConico serves as the SRO for Sumiton Christian schools. For McConico, his number one priority is keeping the school campuses safe, but he is also on a mission to encourage the students who see him on a daily basis.

Sumiton Christian’s Sides enjoys first year at Alabama
Kendall Beth Sides’ first year with the Alabama Crimson Tide Softball team was a building experience she believes will serve to strengthen her career, both on and off the field. Sides started in five games for the Crimson Tide, as well as playing in a total of 44 games. She scored nine runs, recorded two RBIs, hit .261 and stole five bases for her freshman season.

The SCS Campus Store will be open during the summer at different times for your convenience. Supply packs for K3 - 5th grade are ready and will delivered to your students classroom. Junior, High school and art students kits are available by calling the campus store.
